I need help rooting my phone (Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus).If you cant,i would still appreciate that someone told me

How you do it depends on what version of Android it's currently running and, if that's 4.4.2, the kernel date (Settings/General/About device/Kernel).

Most phones do not need a new recovery or Odin flashing to be rooted. But, again, it depends on the version of Android it's running.

Try iRoot or Kingo.

Well i dident understand how to make iroot work and kingo i tryed 7 times but my phone just crashed.
