Why am i not able to browse some of the google apps?

Play store, Chrome, Hangout couldn't be opened.
Is this the issue with router or google apps don't know?

Welcome to Android Central! Does it work on other wi-fi networks? Or mobile data? If it's only your home network, then it might be your router. Try rebooting the router.
