How to transfer data?

Please excuse me if this is not the right place, but just joined the forums today. I have the Droid Maxx and it went out today (3rd phone I had all manufactures defects). The screen wont come on but I can use Google Now and that works. My question is how can I transfer my messages from that phone to the other Droid Maxx they are sending me. Also a sub question, how can I get VW to upgrade me to a new phone? Like I said 3rd phone with all manufactures defects. I am out of contract but cant upgrade as I will lose my unlimited data (using 25gb a month). Thanks for any help

1) If you mean text messages, SMS Backup & Restore. (Emails will still be on the server regardless of which phone you're using, unless you delete them.)

2) You can speak to the VW store manager and ask if there's anything s/he can do for you, but unless there's a "cellphone lemon law" in your state, they can keep giving you new defective phones until the sun stops shining (or they run out of the Droid Maxx).

Thanks for the reply. I cant install apps I didnt know if verizon could do it. Verizon just keeps screwing me over haha.
