should I save contACTS TO SIM OR PHONE?

I SAVE A FEW contacts to sim card, what is the easiest way to save to phone without have to start over and save to device

You can put them on either, but keep in mind if you put them on the SIM and you don't have them backed up anywhere and something happens to the SIM they will be gone. I would suggest keeping them synced to your desktop or if you have gmail or another email with contact sync put them there. The big benefit to having them on the SIM is if you move phones a lot. But with newer Android phones you can put their backs together (NFC capable devices on both sides) and sync your Google accounts.
