Samsung Fascinate wont connect to Belkin router

I have a Samsung Fascinate that wont connect to my home Belkin router. Every time I try to connect the phone shows scanning and tells me Network password you typed is incorrect please try again. But I was able to take my wifes new Droid 2 and connect in about 45 seconds.

Please can anyone help

yes it will connect to free WiFi but I haven't tried it on another secure network

maybe your keyboard is auto correcting and you are puttiing in the wrong password

Restart the device, and make sure to correctly type in the password.

I have done battery pull and even wiped the phone to original state and started over twice and no luck. The router in set to WPA2

In the link I provided for you, it mentions that wpa works but wpa 2 does not. Might be worth a try.

Definitely read the WiFi troubleshooting thread. Some devices just don't seem to like certain settings on the access point/router.

Thank you all very much I will try to reset my router. Have any Idea why my wifes new Droid just took right off on our wifi arnt they the same OS?
