Why is my Panasonic P61 Touch screen clicking by itself?

Panasonic P61 Touch screen is clicking by itself

I bought Panasonic P61 on 16/4/2015. From the next day this strange problem started. Screens are moving by itself. This happens if I use my phone continuously for 10min. The touch screen keeps clicking upper part of the mobile. Suddenly it opens Settings screen or Date & Time Settings. Sometimes it keeps on opening Google page. The service center person is telling it is because of Physical damage. But my phone never fell down.
Please provide solution.

Welcome to Android Central! Is there any physical evidence of trauma on the phone? If not, they shouldn't be able to deny warranty repair or replacement. I would keep pressing them on this.

However, if there are already scuffs or dents, then it will be hard to argue your case.

Exactly same problem is occuring with my Panasonic P61. Please let me know if there is any solution to this. Never dropped the phone and no damage. Yet screen keeps clicking on the uppermost left corner. Tried installing antivirus and cleaning screen also. However the problem still remains the same. In case there is any update or patch for this, please let me know.
