WhatsApp dbcrypt8 restore and merge without key

Hello Guys
Is there anyway to restore WhatsApp dbcrypt8 without the key ?

Here is the situation..

I had whatasapp installed on bluestacks on my pc. I uninstalled and removed Data and SDCard.sparsefs but the file > msgstoredb.crypt8 on 2015-01-29, didnt knew about the key file then.
and switched to my new device but forgot to restore the chats.

I have two device for now (one is rooted) and my chats got messed up so i did merged them but can not merge the bluestacks' one, maybe because its too old.

So any other ways to merge them ???

No. There are very few file formats you can just "merge" without the app that created them. (IOW, if Whatsapp had an "import" facility, to import an old chat file and append it to the bottom of the current one.) Files usually have metadata at the beginning, and appending that to the end of another file gives you metadata where the program is expecting data, so it sees it as garbage and either blows up or truncates the file at that point. (You can append 2 text files - there's nothing in them but text. You can't append 2 Windows Word .doc files because the second one has a header where Word is expecting to see more text.)

Add encryption and it just complicates matters.
