My brother can not ring me as his number seems to be blocked.

I use to get his calls, but I must have done something to block him. How can I correct this.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is he stored as a contact? Go to your Contacts app, select your brother's contact, and tap the Menu button--is there any kind of block setting there? Tap the Edit button to see if there are any block settings in the edit screen.

Blocking can also be achieved from the carrier side as well. Contact your carrier and ask them if there are any blocked numbers on your account.
