Why does my data work when I turn on CDMA(auto) PRL but does not work when I turn on LTE/CDMA?

I have a Droid Razr Maxx XT912 on pageplus. I just bought a 4G-LTE sim card from them and activcated it. I used DFS to set the NV_only setting to RUIM_only so the card could be read/activated (not sure exactly). Anyhow when I dial ##program and change my settings to CDMA(auto) PRL and then *#*#4636#*#* and change those settings to CDMA and EvDo I have 3G data, but when I change stuff to include LTE/CDMA I have neither 3G or 4G (I have no, none, nottah, zip, zilch data connection at all) Please help me a huge thanks in advance.
