How can I get my email to sync after the phone shuts off?

email sync after phone shuts off

My battery died and now my email will not sync. I have tried to sync it, checked it is not on manual but cant get it. Is there something to turn back on? It is Microsoft exchange.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Try opening the Email app, remove that email account, then add it back again.

And if that doesn't work, ask the Exchange administrator for assistance. (There are too many ways to set Exchange up for us to even begin to guess how yours is - and how it's set up affects how the client [the mail app in your phone] interacts with it.)
