Why won't my phone make calls or send texts?

My phone won't make calls or send texts

I have tried the sim in a different phone and it still won't woork but says
'call forwarding unconditional is enabled' can anyone help please

First check that the phone is not in airplane mode, after that turn your phone completely off, reinsert the SIM card and then power the phone back up. Once the phone is turned off, call your mobile carrier's roaming update service #
