Why won't my new phone receive phone calls?

why wont my new phone recieve phone calls?

i activated my new phone today.. converted an at&t phone to straight talk.. and everything works well except my incoming phone calls are still coming through to my old phone instead of my new one... i can make calls and send and recieve messages.. also i cant get my contacts to sync

Welcome to Android Central! Did you port the number to Straight Talk, or did you get a SIM card with a brand new number?

Are the contacts in your Google Contacts on the web?
