Question about KIES / ODIN "Firmware upgrade has encountered an issue"
Hi, I'm helping a friend who had his phone screwed up at T-Mobile. I don't need to FIX it, I just want the contacts out of it. They weren't on his SIM or in his GMAIL. Can I repair the firmware with KIES or ODIN without wiping user data? Is there a different more geeky way to access the contacts? Thanks in advance for the help
