why is the os turning call volume down
at least twice a day sometimes more my volume is down on my phone . no one has touched it , it will be fine until i put it down . pick it up 20 mins later for example and the volume is set all the way down . i have now lost a friend over this as he does not think it is the phone. not to mention the money i have lost due to not being able to answer customers queries . this problem needs to be addressed i can not do buisiness this way . all this has come about since your lollipop update . please fix or i am going to have to change phone which also means os
