Go to the site the driver s on. Click he download link. Save the file. When it finishes download, double-click on it. It'll install.

The only thing you haven't told us us which tablet this is for, so we can give you a link to the driver for it. Each manufacturer uses a different one. (And, by now, most manufacturers don't supply XP drivers, so you'll have to run a virtual PC and install Windows 7 or Windows 8 in it. VirtualBox works for just about everyone.)
