Smart Lock?

So I'm loving the smart lock feature with lollipop. However, I'd like to download a lock screen customizer. Will I lose the ability to use Smart Lock if I install a 3rd party locker?

In theory, nope. But if the 3rd party app is not optimized it can conflict with the 'Smart Lock' and you could end up seeing two lockscreens, one over the other.

Yes, you would.
Smart Lock is just for the normal lock screen. So if you wanted to use the 3rd party, and Smart Lock, you would have a double lock screen.
