Why aren't emails coming through to my Smartphone?

emails not coming through to my Smartphone

Hi I recently changes my SIM card and since then my emails are not coming through to my Smartphone.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S mini, I have checked that the Sync box is ticked any help would be appreciated thank you

Do you have internet service at all? Through your phone's mobile data service? Through WiFi? Have you contacted your service provider?
