How can I stop Touchwiz from disabling me from doing anything in my phone?

cant get into phone to do anything something called a touchwiz is stopping me

don't know, know how it got turned on. don't know how to turn it off. can't answer my phone txt or get to setting to try to turn it off. I have a Samsung galaxy core

Not sure what you turned on, but I don't think it is TouchWiz is causing the problem. Are you getting a pop up that says TouchWiz has stopped working?
