Does SVTP hotspot work on a sprint galaxy SPH D700

I have a Sprint Galaxy SPH D700 I had SVTP pro installed before and it worked fine now after not using it for several weeks it has stoped working. I tried to reinstall it and it just seems to freeze and not work. It does shows installed though.

Try a different tethering app. Even if the app works, if Sprint has started to block tethering, it's at their end, and all you can do about it is pay for tethering. Both ends of a hotspot have to work - the app has to run on your phone, and the carrier has to allow the tethered data to go through. Which app you use doesn't make any difference, as long as it runs. You don't need a "professional" installation - just install one from the Play Store. It's just WAP (wireless access point - like a router minus some of the hardware) software for the phone.
