why my alcatel onetouch pop c7 wont pass that logo and give me the user interface?

i have mistakely formatted the things on my phone when i connected it to my pc, now it doesnt give me the user interface, but it lights and shows the black screen with the alcatel onetouch pop c7 logo, only. please help , as i have tried resetting it, but it still wont work.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean you formatted the things? Did you give a command to format the phone's storage? Is the phone rooted?
