Why cant I send high res MMS pics?

I have a Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro and it seems like I can't send high res pics. I can't even send medium res pics. Everybody I send MMS messages to says they are super blurry and pixelated. But all the pics people send me to are full res. What settings can I change to send full res pics or at least high res pics? Any answers are appreciated

There are three limitations on the resolution and/or compression.

1. Your device has a limit
2. The carrier transmitting and receiving both have a limit
3. Each app may have an internal limit

All images are limited to the least of those three values, typically between 200-600 MB.

MMS is normally limited to about 1MB. eMail is normally limited to about 25MB. For anything larger than that, uploads the file to a file sharing site (your public folder on a cloud account, for instance) and text or email a link to the file.
