Why can't I get into my phone?

why can't i get unto my phone?

I went to device manager and locked my phone and reset my password... the phone was locked by ADM but wen I tried putting in my new password on the screen has " Enter alternative password " and it still says incorrect password..... what do I do now?

If it doesn't recognise your new password the best thing could be taking your phone and personal ID to your carrier shop and see if they can help you
