Fingerprint scanner stopped working
Hi all, my fingerprint scanner has stopped working. It was working fine a few hours ago but now it doesn't. Nothing happens when I scan my fingerprint on the lock screen (not even an error). Usually the arrow signifying where to scan your finger moves a little but now it is solid on.
Also when I click on fingerprint manager under settings it says "an error has occured with the fingerprint sensor. If this message appears repeatedly, restart your device."
I have tried to restart my device several times.
Either today or yesterday the NNL fingerprint passport had updated, I thought maybe this was the problem, I tried to uninstall it and it still wouldn't work so I have reinstalled it for now.
