Vodafone Smart Prime 6 ...sim card installation!

omg I'm just the most clueless?! Just got new vodafone smart prime 6 out of box, taken the back off to put in sim card, but there is a grey plastic piece on the right h/side as you look at the slot which is preventing me from putting in the sim card. I've watched a video on Youtube which just says 'simply slide in the sim card' so should I (eek) break off this small piece of plastic? It's just a tiny square of grey plastic tucked at the side of the slot, which is thereby rendered too narrow to insert the card

NB as far as I know there is no tray to pull out, & the battery is fixed to the unit so does not remove.

Hello. Looking at the manual, the micro sim ( not sd ) card slots in from the left with the screen face down, the sd card slots in on the right, both with the back cover off as you say.

If there is a piece blocking the sim card entry, I would wait to get it to a store.
