i have a motorola dect 6.0 phone cordless/corded

when I call out I can hear the person but they cannot hear me or what I am saying can you pls tell me what the problem is ths

That's not an Android obviously, but if it's new are you sure you are not activating the mute function. You can download the manual or contact Motorola from their website.
