Cell phone memory full message, then phone shut down and will not turn back on
While on vacation taking photos with my cell phone, I received an error message that my memory was full. I barely glanced at it then, I took one more photo. My phone played a little song then my cell phone turned off. I cannot get my cell phone to turn back on. I have removed the battery then replaced it. Charged the battery. Taken the Sim card out and pushed the volume and on button at the same time. I connected my cell phone to my laptop, hoping my laptop would find and retrieve the photos. My cell phone is a Samsung Note 4 with a 32g Sim card. Stupidly, I thought all my photos were going to my Sim card. Nothing has worked. can anyone help me? Thank you!
