How can I fill the areas of some cells in a table one color and other cells another color?

Hopefully, the following can be accomplished on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 currently running Android version 5.0.2.

I would like to have a full screen photo like the one below except that initially all cells (blocks) are not filled green or red.

Then as I touch each box, it fills with its predefined color. (Each has only one fill color.)

Note: It would not be a problem if I had to limit myself to one fill color since the indicator is whether or not a box is filled and not with which color it is filled.

Please let me know if you require any clarification or additional information.
