Using Kies to transfer music from iTunes to Galaxy Note 4 is not working. I want to use this method, how can I get it working?

Using Kies to transfer music from iTunes to Galaxy Note 4 is not working

I select the playlist in Kies I want to download onto my Galaxy Note 4. The download process starts and it indicates files are transferring. About halfway through the process it just stops and nothing has been transferred.
