I'm here to poise a question, I just received my first telescope in November, (The day after Black Friday), and so far I have seen Venus (With a comet passing by it), Jupiter and its moons, and our moon. I want to observe nebulas and galaxies, dose anyone know of a good filter (or technique) to observe deep space objects in light polluted skies? I have a AstroMaster EQ 114 scope.

FYI, it's "pose" not "poise".

And are you asking about an Android app? If so I doubt an app will help with a "light polluted" skies. You might want to post this to a telescope forum.
