The phone has a wallpaper I didn't set as and isn't from the gallery, could I have been hacked?

the phone has a wallpaper i didnt set as and isnt from the gallery

of the phone. it is a black old man hands holding a stick. i find it odd. i managed to replace it back to the regular. but i wonder is it a sign for a bad app or hacking virus ? scaned with avg says ok.
also some apps crash stoped working a lot but i cant see a conection.

You could have accidentally set the photo as wallpaper while browsing. If AVG says your okay then there shouldn't be anything to worry about. If you want, factory reset as an extra precaution.
