Space needed, I deleted my apps but still can download anything. What can I do?

i am using moto e 1 st gen , past 2 month i upgraded lolipop version after tat it occupy more space , now my mobile shows only 200 mb , i delete all apps , now i cannot install an new app, i remove all junk files and whats app video everything , wat can i do , plz help me

back up your phone and try a factory reset - this will clear your phone and put it back to "out the box" conditions.
