how can i block group which was created by me, but i was exited

i created group. but not intentionally i was exited , now how can i to be ADMIN or how to block that group

What app or service are you referring to? If it's a text message, then you can delete the thread on your phone by long pressing that thread and selecting delete. However, the group will remain on everyone else's phone and will reappear on yours if someone sends a text to the group.
