Mute Notification on lock screen once started.
I have a Motorola droid Turbo with 5.1. I use Handcent for texts. When I receive a Text from my wife I have a long and annoying part of a song as the notification that lets me know its her so I don't just ignore it. However, If I am in a meeting and I have forgotten to Mute my phone and she text me I can not make the notification stop. I hit volume buttons, Power button, all the stuff on the lock screen and I cant make the 7 second notification sound stop. If I get a call, all I have to do is he the Down volume button. What am I missing.
