which newer samsung cel has best and lowest SAR rating?

Looking for a new Samsung, but need one with a lower SAR rating.
Does anyone have any ideas?

The SAR values for the aforementioned model are based on the EU standards which are more relaxed. For SAR values look only for FCC rates. I think that the only Samsung smartphone that has very good SAR values (less than 1 W/Kg) is the European version of Note-4 (SM-N910F). Have a look at the attached SAR report:
