I am trying to connect my Android to my 2013 Chevy Camaro. Can't get music or get to GMusicConnect. Why can't I get the music?

Trying to connect my Android to my 2013 Chevy Camaro. Can't get music or get to GMusicConnect.

I followed You Tube videos. Read the owners manual. Still not able to get music from my Android phone (got both Samsung 5 & 6). Phone connectivity works. (all contacts have been updated via bluetooth to 2013 Camaro). Why can't I get music? Was told to try GMusicConnect. Not able to do that either. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth​, and tap on the settings icon next to the car entry. Make sure Media Audio is checked on. If you don't see a Media Audio checkbox, then the sound system may not be able to stream music via Bluetooth.
