Recovery mode not working.
First i got a boot loop, then i tried to fix it by booting into recovery mode and wiping the cache partition. Now the only thing that works is the screen where you select Normal boot/Power off/Recovery mode/Restart bootloader (I think this is the fastboot screen). If I try to boot into recovery mode I get the dead android, but it does not help to press power+vol up.
I get a loop on the error screen: the dead android logo for about 4 seconds, then black screen for about 1 second.
I get this screen if I choose normal boot/recovery mode/restart bootloader.
If i choose power off it shuts down.
I have an ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE551ML
I know my device is probably bricked since i cannot get into recovery mode. Is it possible to boot from a micro sd card without recovery mode? Please let me know if that works or not. I don't want to buy one if it does not work.
