broken screen on s5 can I transfer via kies to s6
Hi
I broke my s5 screen (dont ask) but the phone is still working. It is not screen locked. I managed to back up onto Kies, but now read that I cannot use Kies to transfer onto my new s6.
I seem to have successfully transferred contacts etc via a back up function from my s5, but I've tried connecting the s6 and it wont connect.
I'm so close to retrieving what i really need (only care about contacts), but I cant seem to get them. Any help for using kies? Or any other way (dont say smart switch - as I cant use the screen on my s5 I can't download the app etc etc).
