Digiland DL701Q Just went black/ Won't turn on. How can I get this working?

Digiland DL701Q Just went black/ Won't turn on

So, I was messaging someone on my Digiland Tablet and all of a sudden, the screen just shuts off. I try pressing the lock screen, Holding the lock screen button + Volume down button, and nothing works. I really don't want to have to get a new tablet or factory reset :\
Does anyone else have this problem? Can you help? Thanks
