My Google account isn't syncing to my phone. I can't open the Playstore app. How do I resolve this?

my google account isnt syncing to my phone. i cant open playstore app. how do i resolve this

I recently removed a google account from my phone. Created a new one. Now i cant sync anything. So I added my old google account to to my phone hoping that would work. But nothing . And now my device is showing no back up account is currently set up. And doesnt give me any option to click on to add one. What do i do.
