Force close pop-ups, can't use phone. What should I do?

Force close pop-ups, can't use phone

PLEASE HELP im pretty desperare
PoPups show every 2 secs.
i really dont know about my cellphone's detail but its a My Phone Rio 2 Craze android 4.4.2 vers. and..........thats all i think HELP ME GUYS PLEASE
NOTE:
the popups say
Unfortunately google blah blah gapps has stopped
Unfortunately google process has stopped
Unfortunately settings has stopped
I cant open SETTINGS dafuq..
I can even say i cant open anything but the file i download still continues

Re: i got tons of popups i cant even move properly and everytime it happens sometimes it restarts..

Try a factory reset via system settings > security (or reset). If you can backup and sync data, do so.
