My phone wont charge unless its switched off and even then througha usb port
My phone is a micromax a290. my phone only charges with the usb wire that came along with the phone, when its switched off. Also it can only be charged through a usb port on a computer or car usb jack. if i try to charge it through a wall charger it just goes around in a loop of showing the charge screen and then goes blank and comes back to the charge screen but does not show that its charging ( a little red light comes on the phone when its charging ). Also when i connect the phone ( switched off ) to the computer via usb it shows the usb might have malfunctioned. how do i fix this.
