How do I power on my device as the other user?

Power on device as other user

I created another user account on my phone, one of my family members is going to borrow the phone to take on vacation. However if the phone needs to power on it's asking for _my_ secret pattern. Is it possible somehow (perhaps with an app) to choose user account at power on? My phone is Moto E 2nd gen 2015 with android lollipop
