My A Tecno Y4 says that I need a password but I never had one. How can I get into my phone?

hi,am new here but so badly in need

i have A tecno y4 but currently cant access it because it shows "enter privacy password" which i didnt even create.

i tried doing a hard rest but it shows "no command"

Ok are u succesfully reseting to factory, cause that should definatly fix the issue, im not sure what u mean by no command, each device is a bit different so let me what what u see on each screen of the boot manager and ill see if i can guide u to the right option
