should my wearable be running if i dont have one set up?

When i go to my app settings for google services it says my wearable is running and i dont have one set up. Is that normal for it to run when im not using wearable at all?

Welcome to the forums. The wearable app would most likely be classified as a service, so yes, it would then start upon starting the phone.
