Calendar sync problems after Froyo

I mostly enter calendar events on MS Outlook which then syncs with Google Calendar on my PC which in turn syncs with my phone (LG Ally). Since the Froyo update (don't think this was the case pre-Froyo but not sure since I've only had the phone a few weeks), the start time for all calendar events during DST for 2011 on my phone are off by 1 hour. They're correct on the Google Calendar on my PC. What is the source of this problem and how do I fix it?
