Welcome to Android Central! Off-brand devices like yours have a higher incidence of defective firmware or hardware. It will be very difficult (if not impossible) to try to re-flash the stock firmware, because you'd have to root the device first (which you can't, if it's stuck on the boot screen), and then find the proper ROM to flash. If it's hardware defect, that won't matter anyway. Sorry! In the future, I'd strongly consider avoiding these kinds of cheap devices, and go for a more reputable manufacturer.

You'll just have to search the web for that. XDA-developers.com is a good resource. But not all devices have a robust rooting community.
