Talk To Text Keeps Freezing...Asus Zenfone 2e

I bought this phone less than a week ago and I'm ready to bring it back, it sucks because I like the phone the only problem is that it freezes a lot when I'm doing talk to text, the actual microphone icon will stay on the screen, and the only way to get rid of it is to restart the phone, haven't downloaded any apps, cleared my caches, really annoying, hoping there's a fix out there....
