Why am I being told that my system ui is not there?

system ui not there

I was using mobileuncle tools while accidentally i transferred system ui to data
phone rebooted and status bar was not there. Then i moved system ui to system and phone rebooted but now stops at alcatel screen. My phone is alcatel pop c5 5033d. I don't have cwm or twrp just the default recovery. What should i do. Please help. Thanks in advance
