my Android smart tv is gone blank
tv got struck on android logo while booting, I spoke to service center regarding this, they mailed me 2 android update files mboot.bin & mstarupdate.bin and explained how to update it.
After updating as per the given instructions the tv display gone blank (black screen). Now I am not understanding what to do next.
Please help me to rectify the problem.
