Why won't my digiland tablet turn on?

why wont my digiland tablet turn on

i cahrge the tablet battery and when i was abt to used it it won't turn on so i open and look at the back and find tht the black wire was cut off somehow, how do i fix it, if u guy fix it how much will it coast

To fix this issue which I have had with this model tablet, I have used a paperclip, bent out to form a probe and then poke into the reset hole on the back of the tablet. Then, push the start button and it has worked for me. No promises however, as this is electrical stuff, you know!
